Is logicbroker on premise or SaaS?logicbroker can either be on premise or in the cloud. Although the trend is for a hosted solution, many of our customers prefer to install logicbroker in their own data center.
Will logicbroker work with my shopping cart?logicbroker integrates with leading shopping carts such as Magento and Nexternal, and is flexible enough to connect with custom built and even most “homegrown” carts.
How much does logicbroker cost?There is a one time integration fee, and a monthly fee that is based on the number of orders and trading partners. The monthly fee starts at $300 per month.
Not all of my trading partners support EDI, will logicbroker still work?logicbroker is designed to support a variety of different standards include XML, API, web services, and even your own proprietary format.
Will logicbroker work with my ERP, OMS or accounting software?logicbroker is designed to provide as much automation as possible, including leading ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics GP/AX, and can even integrate with your custom ERP or order management system.
Do my trading partners need to have logicbroker as well?No. logicbroker can be used to integrate with your partner’s format. logicbroker can accept different formats from all of your partners and translate them into a standard format that works for your business.
How long does it take to implement logicbroker?It depends on several factors such as how many partners you are integrating, shopping cart, and your internal systems. Typically implementation takes 30-60 days depending on the complexity of the integration.
