Founded by Peyman Zamani in 1998, Logic Technology, LLC started as an eCommerce consulting company. In 2010, E-Holding Investment Corp made a significant investment in Logic Technology and formed a new partnership. This enabled Logic Technology to build a product that made an enterprise solution simple and affordable for the eCommerce industry.
