Peyman Zamani, CEO
Mr. Zamani is currently the CEO overseeing and executing the company's strategy and operation.
He has over 15 years of experience delivering IT solutions to small businesses and Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his working experience, he has held various executive roles within business and IT organizations for companies such as Pitney Bowes, U.S. Web, and Office Depot. Prior to running Logic Technology, he held a Senior Director of Sales, Support and Operations at Office Depot where he acted as the technology selling division COO to oversee all operational strategies and departments such as e-commerce, IT, Product Management, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, Call Center and Presales Support.
Mr. Zamani holds a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA with the highest academic degree from the University of Connecticut and also carries various technical certifications on Microsoft platforms.

Warren Riemer, CTO
Mr. Riemer is currently the CTO overseeing and executing the company's technical, software development methodology and all client delivery technical roadmaps.
Mr. Riemer is an Enterprise Architect & Chief Technologist with over 14 years of experience in full life cycle management of scalable middle, back office and front office systems. He is an expert in Enterprise DBMS architecture, modeling, implementation and administration. Throughout his career he has held many key technology roles within companies such as General Electric, Keane, and Office Depot. Prior to Logic Technology, he held a position of Director of Application Development at Office Depot where he led the e-commerce and application development strategy and IT enablement within various business functional departments.
Mr. Riemer holds a B.A. with honors in computer science from John Hopkins University and carries Microsoft certifications such as MCSD, MCSD/MCAD.NET, MCDBA.

Karim Hadchiti, Managing Partner
Mr. Hadchiti is currently the Managing Partner at Logic Technology.
Mr. Hadchiti has over 17 years of e-commerce and technology-based solution implementation experience. He has held various executive roles within Fortune 500 companies within retail, resale, manufacturing, distribution, and internet channels. His latest position was Vice President, Global E-commerce at Office Depot where he developed and executed the company's global strategy for over 55 web sites in 41 countries delivering over $5 billion revenue annually.
Mr. Hadchiti holds an MBA & MS Finance & Civil Engineering form University of Texas and is currently on the board of several global companies.

Gary Cifatte, Director, Program Management
Mr. Cifatte is currently the Director of Program Management with responsibility for handling the day to day operations of the company, managing the global software development team, and managing client deliverables.
Mr. Cifatte has over 15 years of experience in Project and Program Management. He has managed R&D product development and client delivery projects, leading development teams in multiple locations. Prior to Logic Technology, as Vice President of Development and Quality Assurance, he was responsible for the development of ERP accounting software solutions for companies in many industries including Banking, Insurance, and Financial Services.
Mr. Cifatte holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and holds certifications in both Managing Microsoft Dynamics® Implementations and Microsoft Dynamics® GP 2010 Financials.

Rohit Nayak, Director of R&D
Mr. Nayak currently heads up the R&D and client delivery software development team in India.
Rohit has been working with the management team for over 11 years in implementing large scale projects such as major ERP and e-commerce solutions. He is a hands-on architect, software developer, database designer who also understands the business aspect very well and has been building software applications for the same industries as the rest of the group. After working with team for several years in the U.S., Rohit relocated back to India.
